Formaggio Tipico Branzi P.A.T.

Traditional Food Product. Branzi is the name of a small village in the Upper Brembana Valley, where the San Matteo fair is held on 21 September. As early as the beginning of the 19th century, numerous traders went to this locality to buy cheese. In the past, this cheese was made from cow’s milk mixed with goat’s or sheep’s milk.
