Visible online at the FORME Project website, the permanent virtual exhibition of the great Italian PDO cheeses and those of the UNESCO Creative Cities is further enriched with new specialties, for a work that aims to collect and present the entire Italian dairy production of excellence in combination with some of the most prestigious international cheeses.

Cheeses from Italy’s 3 UNESCO Creative Cities for Gastronomy, the Spanish cities of Dénia and Burgos, Norway’s Bergen and Brazil’s Belo Horizonte are currently collected, catalogued and presented in the exhibition. The narrative is also expanded to include Lombardy’s major DOP cheeses, for a total of 34 cheese specialties already featured.
